CANCELLATION POLICY
If we do not receive 24 hours advance notice, No-shows Should a client fail to arrive for an appointment, or notify us of the need to cancel, we reserve the right to charge the client full, or 100%, for their missed appointment. Late Arrivals We reserve the right to modify the treatment to meet the remaining time of the scheduled appointment should a client arrive late. We reserve the right to charge the client for full payment of the scheduled appointment regardless of late arrival.
